Gwynionydd Commote Cardiganshire

Gwynionydd (Gwinionydd) is a commote in the cantref of Is Aeron, Cardiganshire, (Welsh: Sir Aberteifi or Ceredigion). Gwynionydd was divided into two communities, Nant Cerdin (Cerdin stream); into Is-Cerdin and Uwch-Cerdin.

Is Aeron cantref was divided into four commotes:

• Is Coed (Iscoed)
• Caerwedros
• Gwynionydd (Gwinionydd)
• Mebwynion (Mabwnion)
